I bought this to use with my PSP like most of the other reviewers. Because SD cards work with a wider range of electronics and are typically cheaper than the Sony Pro Duo this seemed like a god send, which it is. There were some reviews that made me worry about buying this item but nothing is remotely wrong with mine (my psp CAN format the card not to mention read and write files to it, my psp has yet to find a corrupted file on it, and i didn't have to force the sdhc card in it ever). Because of this adapter I no longer have to buy those Pro Duo cards that i only used for my PSP.
BTW:
I'm using a 4gig Kingston micro sdhc class 4 card.
Since Kingston makes both the adapter and my card that MIGHT have something to do with mine working so flawlessly.

There is one minor problem though-
If you want to put files directly on this from your psp have something else to do while you wait. I do not know why it is so slow but putting files on this adapter THROUGH THE PSP is about as fast as a turtle riding a snail. HOWEVER taking the SD card out and putting files directly on it is much faster than putting files on a real pro duo card through a PSP, so this problem isn't really a problem at all.
