Easy to install, appears to have a firm grasp on the GPS unit (nothing holds all the time) and inconspicuous, this small adapter takes all the guess work out of using your Forerunner on a bike. The replacement strap, allowing for moving the garmin from the bicycle to teh wrist and back is outstanding. I jump from running to biking a lot and saw no point in having a speedo for my bike and wrist. this quick release kit makes it super easy to go back and forth between sports and I like the velcro wrist band better than the one that comes with the Forerunner.Customer Review: Write band & bike mount work well

I prefer the wrist band in the quick release kit over the wrist band that came with the FR 305--given the bulkiness of the 305, the wrist band that comes with it is a bit awkward. Its a good design that held the FR 305 in place for a number of rides & runs.
