Customer Review: This is perfect!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is perfect case for your Garmin GPS. It's affordable, but this great protection for your GPS unit. This does exactly as it should. What I like most about it is that the inside of the case if nice and smooth so it won't scratch your GPS unit.

It's been said that if you're not careful, when you slide in your unit, it can turn on as it rubs up along the side of the holder, here's how I make sure that doesn't happen. When I slide in my GPS unit, you pinch the sides and it makes a little "alcove" so when the power button is about to hit the side, it just slides in and never touches the top. When you have it in, you just let go of the sides and it hugs the Garmin like it should and doesn't turn on.

This is such fantastic feature and it looks nice too. If you have a Garmin, then you'll want to get this and protect your GPS unit. I'm not sorry I bought it, and there's no way you'll be sorry either.

This rocks!

Customer Review: Does what it is designed to do
Summary: 5 Stars

First a comment on some previous reviews - This is not a high tech item, it's a protective case. Don't try to make more of it than that.

Now for my thoughts.
1) It fits my NUVI 750 like a glove.
2) The quality of construction is at least as good as any other case I've seen on the market. It also is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
3) It slips into my shirt pocket with ease.
4) I realize that is not a form of structural armor for my device and that I still must exercise a certain amount of care to keep my NUVI from harm. It's not waterproof, fireproof, bombproof etc. It does keep my screen clean, prevents case scratches, protects it from the usual hazards of being knocked about in the console of my vehicle where it resides when not in use.

To summarize. It does what it is designed to do at a reasonable price.
Therefore it rates the 5 stars in my book.

Customer Review: Good scratch protector
Summary: 5 Stars

I wanted a case that would protect my Nuvi 760 from scratches or other surface damage. For that, it has worked very well.

It's a rather simple case. If you're looking for something that will allow you to throw your Nuvi across the room and absorb the impact, this probably isn't it. It's more of a leather sleeve, with some extra rigidity added to the sides, so it can be thrown in a bag with other things and be protected.

Just be careful which way you're slipping in the GPS. It is a rather tight fit, and it can easily flip the on/off switch. I put it in so that it would be pushing the switch toward locked; then, when I pull it out of the case, it often ends up turning itself on. If you put it in the other way, it may turn itself on when you slide it in, without you realizing it.

Customer Review: Cary Case fits my Nuvi 750 perfect
Summary: 5 Stars

Some reviewers gave this one star because they didnt feel they needed it? Confusing what that has to do with the actual product. When I'm in a store or leaving my car parked on a street I take my 750 off the mount and keep it in the glove compartment. I wanted a case so there was no chance of marring it up or potentially placing something else in the glove compartment with it and damaging the screen. The unit slides in and is held in tight (someone complained in a review that it was too snug) which it should since if it slid out what would be the point of using a case?

Pros: Fits my unit perfectly, seems of good quality, genuine Garmin product

Cons: A little pricey for what it is

Customer Review: Great as a basic protector case
Summary: 5 Stars

I was somewhat skeptical when I first looked at this because a lot of people said that when they put their nav unit in it would switch it on. I have the Garmin 765T which has an on/off switch on top. I quickly realized that actually if you're smart enough to slide this in a certain way then there is no way the garmin will turn on. Anyways, it is somewhat cheaply made but then again I'm not showing it off to anyone so I don't know why that matters. I use it so when I take it off the dash and put it in the glove compartment or trunk I don't want the screen to get scratched. For that it works perfect. It is snug at first but loosens up quickly but not enough to wear it's too loose. It still works great
