I used Windows xp and had no problems installing update.
Would reccomend this update to everyone, I went from 2004 to 2009 with no
problem,but am just getting on the road again as in Ohio we don't do much
traveling in the winter.

The installation went very smoothly and the product works as advertized. I have not as yet discovered where the updates are since I only used my GPS one time since the update. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Works fine, but typical Garmin if you own more than one Garmin GPS you have to buy multiple copies. Ripoff, greed.
All that said I own several Garmin GPSs and despite their attitude, they sure make nice products.
