Great map update for my old dashboard-mounted Garmin Streetpilot C330. Arrived as promised. No problem loading the new map using the data CD that was shipped since I already had a USB 2.0 cable to connect my computer to the C330 (same cable that many digital cameras use). Loading the data took several minutes. My C330 worked perfectly afterward. Lots of little glitches on the older map had been fixed, and the points of interest list was also updated as expected. Upgrading my Nuvi 350 was easy if you have the computer time. It does take 20 minutes to download the new maps as the instructions indicate. The installation was easy to follow. I was in Charlotte two weeks ago and started for a restaurant listed on the upgraded Nuvi. It didn't exist any more and a new building was in its place. This had to occur before the upgrade was made but I guess you can't catch everything. It did have the newly opened sections of improved roads and step by step driving instructions were accurate.Customer Review: Update Necessary

I updated the Nuvi 670 which I've had a little over a year. The update, both software (from Web site) and from the purchase of the '09 update went well. There were new addresses that are now included and there are 2 bridges in DC (the Wilson) now included. 95 N toward Washington still says exit on the right, which is incorrect, but overall in the North East states improvements were made. I also used the 670 in Ireland and found the data dated, but the GPS did get us to our destinations - not sure how to update Europe.Customer Review: 2009 Update from Garmin

The new 2009 update loaded with no problems which, is what I expected from Garmin. I had found only one or two errors in my ZUMO'S original data and it was in St. Louis and I am not going there anytime soon to check it so, I will assume the 2009 update corrected it. Anyway, I am totally amazed by the GPS in the first place, one or two errors here and there does not bother me in the least. I have used the ZUMO once since loading the 2009 and, as usual, everything worked perfect on that trip.Customer Review: Just Keeping Up with Current Maps

I more or less subscribe to the annual updating of my Garmin software for my Nuvi 670.
Between the 2008 and 2009 versions, in the Chicago area, 355 near Joliet was added (missing in the 2008 version). 2008 directed me to three Harvey's in Toronto that were closed (I think there's been a lof of changes in the past few years). 2009 only shows open Harvey's.
Basically I don't see a ton of difference. If it's all about staying current, this update is for you.
