Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of KeyOvation VM2-LSB Vertical Mouse - Optical - USB - Silver, Black

Customer Review: Good design, but could be better
Summary: 3 Stars

Good product, but could be better.
Pros: Position of hand and wrist are in a more natural position. Feels good.

Cons: Expensive for just a left-handed mouse.
Bulky. Hard to grip some times. Would be nicer if it was smaller.
Has four buttons which I don't need, for me a con.
Shape of mouse itself needs modification for better hand position. Fingers are not in a natural curved position.
Front buttons are very slick. Hard to click sometimes.
Cursor does not move smoothly. Maybe I just need to get use to it.
Emailed vendor and provided constructive criticism, but received reply stating there was nothing wrong with their product.

Customer Review: Construction quality is not good
Summary: 3 Stars

I have got RSI for about half a year. I have may mouses, Logitech, Microsoft, Dell, HP, that is really a lot. This is the worst one I have seen in construction quality. When you touch it, it just like the mouse I used to use in China, which you can buy for just 3 dollars. Of course this one is made in China, and it made by some some factory without sufficient quality control. It not worth 70 dollars to buy it.

Customer Review: flimsy and not much help for my problem.
Summary: 2 Stars

I thought this mouse would help my hands recover from carpal tunnel syndrome. Didn't help at all. In fact, in some ways the position is awkward.

Also, the mouse would be significantly better if it had just a bit more heft to it. I think it's just too light.

Customer Review: Somewhat comfortable, freezes up, useless and unsupported
Summary: 1 Stars

I used this mouse for a while and found it a bit more comfortable than a normal mouse. Then I stopped using it because I don't think it really made a difference in my wrist pain and it was freezing up. The pointer would just stop responding for a few seconds every once in a while. Sometimes it would do this more than once in a minute. I contacted support, but the two year warranty had just expired and they wouldn't do anything for me. Now I have a very expensive mouse that is useless to me. I don't recommend buying anything from this company.
