The GLS Audio 8 Post Binding Wall Plate provides a Decora style plate for connecting up speaker wires. The bindings provide banana-plug compatible connectors or twist-lock connections. Back side using identical posts. Each post is color coded to east connections.
Strip half an inch of speaker wire, insert into the hole on the side of the post, and then screw down the post. The only negative about this the posts are so close together, you may need plyers to properly tighten the posts unless you have small fingers. If you take the time and expense to use banana plugs, they will work great without issue. Though, I am not sure if the distance between two posts are "standard" or not.
The big advantage of these is that they will fit standard decora wall plates. That means you can remove the single-gang plate from these and install them into a 2+ gang wall plate and box. Other, lower-quality units have a fixed wall plate which prevents you from installing them into a 2-gang wall plate.
As far as quality, they seem relatively sturdy and well built. Posts can be tightened without stripping; plastic components are relatively heavy duty and don't break easily; binding posts seem to be of high quality and will satisfy all but the pickiest audiophiles.
The main problem of the 8-post version is that it's extremely crowded. You need small hands or good dexterity to get the wires in place.

This speaker wall plate is no doubt very good quality for a good price. Screws are on both sides and color coded. They even have little notches on the edge, so you can use wide flat screwdriver to tighten wires up. But if you plan to use banana plugs, what I do, you can use only singles. You cannot use standard DUAL banana plugs, because unlike other brands, distance between posts is less than standard 0.75". Too bad. Also it would be nice to have some labels saying what goes where, but that you can do by yourself.Customer Review: Good, but too big for my Box

Got this about a year ago and it was a great price and cleans up my wall beautifully but it was not the same size as the box in my wall. I'm not sure if my home has a small box or if the outlet cover is not the right size. I just make it work by only screwing in the top of the cover. Was relatively easy to install, would have been easier if I used the banana clips. For the price you cannot beat it.Customer Review: Does the job

The screw binding posts are not great if you aren't using banana plugs, as the nuts are thin. This gives a minimal contact area and the knurling is rough on the fingers. However, the banana plugs are great and they look much better than speaker wires run along the baseboard.
