This is our first time to have caller ID service with the phone company and what a blessing it has been. The GE caller ID works flawlessly and is very easy to set up and use. The directions are easy to follow and you will be up and running in no time.It times your incoming calls which is useful if you are talking long distance and are concerned about the cost of the call. The provided Flash button is convient if you have call waiting feature and a dial button that you press to return any calls you have missed. Erasing calls is easy and you can do one at a time or all at once. For the money it is a good value.Customer Review: Love it!

I don't remember how long I have had my unit, but it has probably been over 10 years. Works perfectly, is easy to read, and I rarely have to change batteries, maybe once or twice a year, if even that. Has a fold out easel on the back if you want to change the angle for easier viewing. My only complaint is that if I scroll back to copy a phone number, I have to be fast or it will revert back to the most current call. I highly recommend it!Customer Review: Great Little Item

Bought several of these units for phones without caller ID already built in which I did not
want to replace for various reasons. This is a wonderfully simple, compact, easy to read and set up device. Apparently these are no longer available which is unfortunate. Have worked perfectly for several years. Can't say that for many electronics now can you?

Love it! We had problems with Radio Shack caller ID's that have a backlit display and a flashing light for new calls. We were changing the batteries every 2 weeks. We had one of these GEs that does not have the flashing light and haven't changed the battery in a year. Also it's much easier to read from all angles. A great product !!Customer Review: GE caller ID
