Customer Review: better than the original I can suppose

My original battery works just fine, but it always reports a ? for status. This battery works just fine as well, but it reports accurate battery status. I was too lazy to send back a unit with a faulty monitoring ckt and just bought another battery for probably the cost of rma'ing the original minus the headache of customer service. End result -- any premium I paid was well worth the avoidance of "customer service". Not the first time I've done such a thing and won't be the last. This battery is holding fine after months of usage. You can't expect more than a couple years from pretty much any battery on the market if you are realistic.
