I don't normally write reviews for products because normally new products work (whether or not you're completely satisfied or not). All the buttons work except for the laser. What pisses me off even more is that the Cyber Snipa has no warranty info and I'm not getting any response from the tech support. On top of that, the company just happen to package the mouse in way that you have no choice but to tear that plastic apart. So returning the mouse is out of the question. No doubt, the mouse looks awesome and I really like the feel of it (particularly the rubber padding on the side of the mouse). But too bad its just going sit there and collect dust. I knew I should spent a little more and gone with a brand more reliable -like Logitech.

*****Just found out that Amazon has a great return policy. They ship you a replacement for the defective item even before you actually send the item back. Awesome! Got the new mouse and I'm loving it. Do your research and compare the specs and price with that of Logitech gaming mouse and you'll see what I mean. No wonder why this was rated top ten in gaming mice.
