This is perhaps the best and one of the few flashlights that is good enough for my use. The multiple output settings allows me to have an uncharacteristically bright search/flashlight for my ranch at night and lower setting for inspection in a machine shop during the day
The built in voltage regulator allows me to run rechargeable 123's at full 3.7 volts each saving me $20.00 a month in batteries.
I run a manufacturing plant and I am around technologies everyday, fenix has exceeded any expectations and even some dreams for a flashlight
The anodizing is authentic, the body of the flashlight will gouge before the anodizing fails - such as the time I dropped it into the fan blades of a running Chevy v-8.
In addition, I have dropped this flashlight many times, sometimes off of ladders there has been no failures whatsoever.
I am probably one of the most demanding users of this flashlight you will ever know and probably one of the most content with this flashlight.
Cons? ... none really, but, if I could change something about the flashlight, I would add more than the 5 different brightness settings (maybe some main settings and then be able to trim them infinitely... but now I am dreaming)This is perhaps the best and one of the few flashlights that is good enough for my use.
