This is all you need to keep lubricating your shredders cutters. It basically just does what it is supposed to do... frees up the jammed shreds in your cutters to extend their life. I would have had to buy 3 bottles @ 4 fluid ounces each for the same price as this one bottle at my local electronics store, so I think you will get your moneys worth!Customer Review: Oil for your shredder!

I don't know if this works. I just use it just to make sure my shredder is still doing it's job. I've only had my shredder for about a month or so. But it's common sense to buy a(n) shredder oil, just because you're going to buy a paper shredder machine. You don't want the Scissors in the shredder machine to be dull. If you're going to purchase a Fellowes shredder, definitely purchase the oil/lubricant. I've worked with Fellowes shredders in various offices, and without the regular maintenance, the shredders life will definitely be reduced. This oil is amazing! I am using this lubricant with my W-11C shredder, and what a difference! My shredder shreds my papers just a bit faster. As another person said, this oil has a difference you can actually hear when you apply this oil. I go through paper shredders like toilet paper. They always seem to stop working and just jam up constantly.....until I found this! I never knew you had to oil them (I know, dumb) but this has saved my current paper shredder from being discarded. It works great. Just a squirt or so every few days or when it is acting up. Thanks!
