Customer Review: Your Shredder Just May Need Some Oil

I thought my confetti shredder was at its last breath. I had to keep reversing and forwarding after it kept getting stuck. Luckily I noticed the Need To Oil sign on the top. I bought a bottle of this stuff, and now shredder is back to normal.
There was one review here that complained they need to buy a nozzle. No you don't. Just cut the tip of the closed nozzle that it comes with. Be careful not to throw the red tip cover away.

Great shredder! Doesn't jam, shreds quickly, and is surprisingly quiet.
No more tearing paper by hand to destroy sensitive documents.
Jamming and overheating seem to be problems with cheap shredders, so
I decided to buy a good one.

This is the best priced shredder lubricant out there and it's from a shredder manufacturing company. Though there are other options to lubricate your shredder (such as lubricated paper), there is no substitute for the real thing. All you do is pour this directly onto your shredder and it will keep the blades from rusting and losing it's edge. Had given up hope on my shredder working as usual. Had tried other lubricants including "lubricating sheets" from Staples. Nothing worked until I purchased the Fellows Powershred Oil. Thought I would need to purchase a new machine. It worked immediately improving the speed of the shredder. Imagine it would work with non-Fellows products but if you own a Fellows shredder I recommend purchasing the lubricant.Customer Review: Good Purchase

I am please with this shredder. I purchased 2 cheaper shredders before I purchased this one, and had to return both because they were inferior. This machine is quiet, and does the job perfectly including credit cards etc. Sometimes the safety feature is annoying because it stops when the sensor thinks your hand gets too close to the opening. But that is really minor. I'd buy this model again.
