I just moved 1000 CD's from binder-type storage into these sleeves. Much to my surprise, not one of them tore during this process (which included, at times, wedging fairly thick booklets into the sleeve). I expected them to come loose at the corners and this simply did not occur. CD's and booklets slid in with minimal coaxing. They line up nicely in a CD storage drawer and are such an improvement over our previous system (who wants to move 100+ CD's into new pockets when space needs to be made to accommodate a new purchase?). Easy to grab and carry. Money and time well spent.
