Customer Review: The perfect keyboard - Better than the Microsoft Natural Elite

A couple years ago, I'd started to experience some bothersome wrist/lower arm discomfort and figured it was due to repetitive stress from nearly non-stop daily computer use at work, so I purchased this keyboard, along with the Logitech Cordless TrackMan Wheel -- which, by the way, is also wonderful but knowing what I know now, I'd have saved the couple bucks & the wasteful batteries and just purchased the wired version Logitech Trackman Wheel Optical (Silver) which I later bought for my home office.
This keyboard is absolutely wonderful. It took a few days getting used to the split design but within 1-2 days, my wrist & arm pain had completely vanished. (And now, a "normal" keyboard feels positively medieval. You don't realize how awkwardly your wrists are positioned on a normal keyboard until you've used one of these ergonomic ones.)
The keys on this 'board have a perfect feel - they're neither too soft/mushy nor too brittle & clackety. As for the extra task buttons along the top (mute, volume, internet, etc), I didn't start using those until maybe the last 6 months but now have been really enjoying their convenience.
Recently, I set up my home office more ergonomically, and couldn't remember exactly which keyboard I used at work. I mistakenly assumed it was the Microsoft Wired Natural Keyboard Elite Win PS2/USB English North America Black, so I ordered that from Amazon. It's nice, but not as nice as the Fellowes. The keys don't have as confident a feel - they're too mushy -- and I'm missing those extra buttons that the Fellowes has. The few extra dollars for the Fellowes is very well worth it, if you do a lot of keyboarding.
