This is an outstanding home office shredder. I upgraded from a smaller version from the same supplier and the difference is clear. This unit is much more powerful - 15 sheets or so with ease ; larger capacity and has a very effective automatic un-jamming system so that it clears itself when problems occur. I ran it for 2 days straight doing a heap of clean up of files and it just cruised through. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Excellent Workhorse

We received the shredder last week and have tested it. I'm very impressed. It is very quiet and fits nicely under the work-surface. The pocket on the side is a great place to store the manual and the oil. With those two things close by, there is little excuse for anyone in the office to be frustrated when lights illuminate or to avoid doing maintenance when it is needed.Customer Review: Excellent

I have only had this shredder for about a month BUT I LOVE IT!!
I have had three other shredders in the last five years and all of them were noisy and did not perform very well. This shredder is quit and has the power needed to shred whatever I have put into it. I look forward to reviewing it's durability but for now all I know is it is definitly a workhorse.

Very quiet, powerful and versatile. Will take care of credit cards and computer disks. The touch sensor on the intake slot seems to work well for deactivation of the shredding action. The blue power and status LEDs are too bright for my taste but the manual advises that the power switch should turned off when not in use which turns off the lights.Customer Review: Workhorse

I have had this item for over a year now. I can say it is reliable, and strong. Used for long periods at a time. I did not purchase the oil for this product, I instead did some investigating on the manufacturers site and noticed it said vegatable oil. I have used Canola oil from the local supermarket with no adverse effects
