SECOND UPDATE - AFTER TIME TO USE:
A REALLY GREAT LITTLE TV - STILL 5 STARS .... BUT:
1. As another reviewer noted, the antenna jack on the top needs either an adapter/extension or depending on use, turns this little cute TV into a less attractive "look" with a thick Coaxial Cable coming out of the top and having to bend down either back/left/right.
BUT - I wasn't paying a lot of attention, but you can use your existing cable/DirecTv servcie so easily, by just using the coaxial output on the DVR and connecting it to the Antenna's Coaxial input. (the two options AIR/AV becomes CABLE/AV so you don't have to mess with the side ports to use like an extension viewer for your existing DVR/DVD/Media Player etc...
2. MOUNTING! As I said, the picture posted here does not due justice to how really sleek and nice the set looks and performs. HOWEVER - if you want to mount/hang it (instead of using the built in kick stand to use it on a flat surface/table) There is almost NOTHING to which you can attach, plug, screw or in some way mount/hang. Again, having a large Coaxial cable sticking up does add one thing that could be used to hang the TV from (lol).
I am probably going to use extra strength durable Velcro Tabs - since the TV weighs so little and could easily support the weight.

I purchased this on a Black Friday steal of a deal with a bit of uncertainty, having never heard of this brand.
It is fairly plastic in feeling (overall) BUT IT'S A GREAT LITTLE PORTABLE TV.
The picture is crisp and sharp, and they sound (for a portable tv) is better than even I realized, when I showed it to a friend who marveled at the sound quality even more than the picture quality.
So far the battery life has been great (but I didn't buy it for long use on battery alone, so not sure how long the battery would last for regular viewing.
BIGGEST PROBLEM - is not the TV, but the new Digital Transmitting Signal. It picks up the signal easily enough, but the slightest movement will cause the TV to lose the signal (any portable tv picking up free Digital TV has this problem).
This TV does come with an alternate antenna which is great because you can place the second antenna and it has a short cable that allows a little moving around of the TV without moving the antenna and losing the signal.
BEST PRO: the A/V input. You can use it to watch anything that has an rca (yellow - video, and red and white for audio) output using the adapting cable that comes with this TV. (DVD, Media Player, DirecTV from the DVR Receiver output .... pretty much anything .... security camera ... whatever)
All in all - I really like this TV and have gotten a lot of unexpected complimentary statements about the picture and sound from others who happened to see me using it.
