An excellent tool for it's size and function. Radio reception varies with location, of course. The Crank/Solar charging is all I need. I gave 10 of these radios as gifts this year (in all colors). DID NOT EXPECT SO MUCH FROM THIS MUNCHKIN. AM RECEPTION IS BETTER THAN A LARGER RADIO THAT I HAVE. FLASHLIGHT GOOD FOR SIZE, LIGHTWGHT, SOLAR CHARGE IN MINUTES, SAME FOR HANDCRNK. FITS IN GLV. Haven't tried the cell phone charger yet, but everything else works just as promised. Radio reception isn't the best, but for the price? Great gadget - my 10-year-old son loved it as a birthday present and has been using it daily since then. We'll be taking it camping soon.Customer Review: Love it!

Smaller than I expected. You can fill out a form and provide them with your cell phone model and they'll mail you the correct charger adapter. I haven't had to wind it once, the solar panel doesn't need direct sunlight, in the shade it works great! $30 is a steal!Customer Review: Just right

When mine arrived, it was smaller than I was expecting -- this is a good thing. It is easy to store and cary so I won't hesitate to bring it along with me when I travel. I love the solar charging and the weather band on the radio. Glad I got one!
