Customer Review: The lights stay on!

Solar landscape lights are cute, but you can't rely on them. In the northern US, typical driveway lights stay on an hour or two after sunset and then flicker out. That's not the sun failing you, it's the one or two 500 mA batteries. A 2-battery light with these more powerful batteries typically stays on until dawn, in late autumn. I started out with a good full charge, but several weeks in to the season of short days and heavy overcast, they're still that much better.
If you bought a batch of solar stuff and are about to give up, try one package of these. I'll never use a 500mA battery again.

Remotes, Wii Controllers, MP3 portable speakers, Umbrella Lights, X360 controllers, Solar rechargeable patio lights, and many other uses. while some reviews are that these don't hold well in digital cameras, i have found that for all of my above listed these batteries perform very very well. I own about 20+ of them, and i have yet to have one that has gone bad over the past 4 years of using this brand. My only problem is the mass amount of devices that i have that use AA batteries, and that is the only reason i own so many. The small 4 battery charger is all i use, and has worked great for years!Customer Review: Do their job very well

I have a set of these batteries and use them to power my Wii remotes and wireless mouse. It is incredible how long they hold they last before needing to be recharged. The mouse lasts about 3-4 months and the Wii batteries have been through over 16 hours of play time and are still holding a charge. I should also mention that I have had them for almost two years now and they are still performing well. They have been great for me, but others have said that their batteries are not holding their charges very well. It seems like this model is a mixed bag, but I am only rating them based on my experience.Customer Review: How much did you save, though?

How many times have you charged the batteries? Each time you have charged them, it saved you money from having to buy NEW batteries. At $12.99 / 8 pack...how much did you save by not having to purchase new batteries for your device? I think it is a fair trade off, IMHO.
16 pack of Energizer batteries are currently $13.75. So, if you charged your NiMH batteries 20 times, how much did you save? My experience with NiMH batteries have been pretty good. I had a set of Kodak batteries for 6 or 7 years, and am now just replacing them with 2 of these 8-Pack Energizer AA's.

I bought these batteries a while back and there were a bit less expensive. Right now they are $20 so you decide if it is worth it for you.
That aside. They are great. I have had them for a year now and they still last just as long as when I bought them. I use them for my digital camera that takes so much battery life. These last longer that the regular non-rechargeable AA batteries.
Make sure you also get a good charger and not those 15-min chargers that burn out you batteries, and you are set.
