I got this adapter for out trip to Europe and worked as it supposed to. Compact, lightweight and functional. This is just an adapter not a transformer but these days with most electronics having an transformed incorporated, all you need is an adapter when travel oversees. It's an awesome, compact little adapter that does its job so well for such a low price! I can charge my US laptop in France, AND charge my UK cellphone in America!! I gave mine away to a traveler as I came back to the USA, but plan on buying several more!!

We used this adaptor in England and Italy to charge our cell phones and camera battery. It worked great. No problems--it even worked in a very old Italian apartment where the electrical system was a bit touchy. bought and used it recently on a trip to Europe; works great and is easier to use than the much more expensive " Conair All-in-One Adapter Plug".
FYI: this is only an adapter, not a 220-110 converter, but thats usually not needed these days, as far as travel goes.

Although this adapter is a little bulky in size if you have limited space around the plug, it works perfectly. I took it with me to West Africa and had no problems using it. I was really pleased since I got it for such a low price - a really good value!
