Customer Review: No degradation at all - Pro football junkies best friend

I have this hooked up to a second DirecTV DVR in the kitchen that has a small HDTV that isn't much fun to watch football on. I ran the cable down into the basement then across the ceiling of the basement and back up into my living room. I told the wife I wouldn't run any more cables. I use it to watch football games in my living room on my new Samsung 58" plasma when there are 4 games on at the same time and I need 2 DVRs to record them simultaneously. Playback quality is excellent. Now I can take full advantage of my NFL Sunday ticket (I even have 2 other HD DVRs in the bedrooms so I can record 8 games in HD simultaneously - sick!)....and my wife sees me more than ever on Sundays. With DVRs, I control when I watch and now I'm free to do whatever I want on Sundays (which is pretty much watch football and I don't even have a fantasy team). Maybe I need to see a doctor.Customer Review: Nice thick cable with works well.

I was very impressed when I opened the box and saw this cable. I was expecting what I have seen normal hdmi cables to be but this is super thick and well made. Not sure how they can sell it so cheap when in the store this exact cable is 5x as much but its a deal and I am about to order a second one.
I hooked it up to my HD TiVo in the living room with an hdmi splitter and connected the other end in the bedroom and the picture is stellar. I really mean no different than if it were connected with a 6' cable in my living room.
I think some here with problems need to take into consideration "the device" they are connecting this to. A signal traveling 50' with a cord like this is considered a VERY long run and some devices might need an amplifier of some sort no matter how well made the cable is.

My wife went to Best Buy to buy this cable for $261.00 with taxes. My heart almost exploded. I did not believe she did it. However, it was a surprise. I told her "darling I saw I cable for about 39 dollars with shipping in Amazon.com. So I decided to try it. The cable does not have any name or manufactured of it. However, it does the job great. Believe me, I am very picky about having good quality products. Nevertheless, these cable earn all my respect.

This is an excellent product. After reading about dropped and degraded signals with longer runs, I was cautiously optimistic about my chances of success. However, using this cable connected to another 25ft cable, placed side by side (as I did to test the change before running the line), I find no discernable degradation in video quality at either 720p or 1080i. While much of the quality may be attributed to either the monitors or the source (we are using a range of high end to moderate end monitors and sources), I am exceeding pleased with these cables at coupled runs of both 50 (25+25) and 75 (50+25) feet.Customer Review: Woo-Hoo!!...I have Hi-def @ 50 feet

With much hesitation, I purchased this cable based soley on the price, and the expectation that I would probably need to buy a better cable. I installed this cable in wall and between floors to my 52 inch Sony Bravia 1080P. All I have to say is WOW!!! I have FIOS, and the picture is awesome. Bottom line, HDMI is a digital signal, and there shouldn't be any signal loss at this distance...don't get fooled by false advertising about buying Cat 2, or HDMI limitations, etc. For 19 bucks, it is well worth it.
