Fits nice and tight, my only gripe is that one of the skins I ordered has a little tear on the side by one of the holes, and I'm afraid it might rip apart. Other than that, it does a good job at keeping my Walkman scratch-free. FYI - the silicone skin is a good magnet for lint, little particles, and hair.
UPDATE (SEPT 19, 2010):
Case is still intact and keeping my Walkman clean!
