It works great with our casio keyboard and our 22 inch iMac running osX. Just plug in the midi side to the keyboard and the usb to the Mac and garage band picked it up. Worked great. Literally plug and play just as advertised. Plugged it into the keyboard, plugged it into the computer, computer recognized keyboard, selected the keyboard in FLStudio, and was on my way!

works good .. almost returned it because you have to put the midi in and out into the opposite prongs, and then have your keyboard sound all the way down .. overall though, its a great deal .. works with reason 4.0
