What can I say? It charges batteries.
The nice thing with this one is the ability to charge AA or AAA batteries. I haven't had any issues with this unit or the batteries that were included with it.

I would say its a perfect all rounder solution for charging devices on the go. I am using it for my Nexus one and am happy so far. On four fully charged AA batteries from Duracell, similar to the ones provided it can give a full charge and act as a life line for the phone. The car charging feature is also awesome.
Though there are a few problems: at times the cells do not start charging the phone, if they are not fully charged or low on charge. But apart from this its unbeatable. Loved the product.

I got this charger along with an extra 4 pack of each type (AA,AAA) NiMH pre-charged rechargeable battery. This is a good compact unit, great for travel or home use, and the USB connection is a nice touch that can really come in handy.
The car lighter adapter will also come in handy for road trips. It might be better if there was a way to attach the adapter to the unit somehow or perhaps a cloth pouch to keep things together but a plastic storage bag will do the job.

I am pleased with this product. It charges 4 AA or AAA or a combination of up to 4 of these batteries. It charges my MP3 player and portable HD Radio through the USB charger. It should also work internationally with 220V, which I will test in my travels. I'm not savy enough to comment on charge times in comparison to other devices. The batteries it came with (2 AA & 2 AAA) were fully charged on arrival. It's a handy device for my needs, and I would recommend it to others.Customer Review: Best charger I've ever had!

I bought this based upon the engineer guys review. I'm happy I did! It works perfectly for all of my rechargeable batteries. I have some older ones from Rayovac, some from only half a year ago that are Energizer and a handful that I recently bought that are Rayovac. They all charge perfectly in this device. I consider the 2 AA and 2 AAA that come with it a bonus. It doesn't get hot and it's not noisy either. You can plug it into just about anything to boot! :D
