Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Duracell Mobile Charger With 2AA And 2AAA Pre Charged Rechargeable Nimh Batteries, CEF23DX4N

Customer Review: Does exactly what I need
Summary: 5 Stars

I was looking for a re-charger that could do both AA (For my Wii) and AAA (For my electronic dictionary) and this "Duracell Mobile Charger" fit the bill just right.

I can't speak to its other uses, but for charging Nimh batteries you can't ask for better. Each battery is charged individually, and has its own indicating light to let you know when that battery is ready for use. I haven't really timed how long it takes a battery to charge, but it seems pretty fast.

This charger comes with four Nimh batteries, two AA and two AAA. I bought another pack of AAA so I could have two in my dictionary and two in the charger at all times, and that has been a great deal.

Very happy overall.

Customer Review: A little Big but Versatile
Summary: 5 Stars

It's my second AA/AAA Battery Charger, first one was an Energizer, I liked the small size if that charger and also the capability to charge AA and AAA Bateries, but that stopped working after a couple of years, now I bought this one, because it has the feature to be connected from 120 VAC outlet and additionally from 12 VDC (from a car) with included cable, also, this device charges batteries individually, each battery slot has its own battery state indicator.
This Battery charger can be used also as a power source for USB driven devices from charged batteries or if you connect the device to 120VAC or 12VDC outlets, you can provide power to USB devices from it. I like it !

It is slightly bigger compared to my old charger, but I think this versatility worth it !

Customer Review: Greate charger and lots of functionality
Summary: 5 Stars

Well i was looking for a charger with following functionality.

1) Multi region (110v and 240v)
2) Can charge individual battery and not only in pairs.
3) Do not want a very fast or very slow charger, so that on long run it does not kill batteries.
4) Auto shutoff if battery charging is complete.
5) Can charge AA and AAA.

I have gone through all the reviews and comments from user "NLee the Engineer", he has described in great way.
So i picked up this one considering it's multiple usage.
The extra thing you get with this charger is that
- You can even charge in your Car, and also
- Can be used to power a USB powered device through 4AAs.

It's must have charger.

Customer Review: Nice charger...
Summary: 5 Stars

This is my first charger and I received it 36 hours after ordering it, bravo!. I wanted something simple to use so I could cut down on using throwaway AA cells for my digital camera. This is absurdly easy to use, just pop in the rechargeable batteries, the indicator lights turn red, the batteries charge and then the indicator lights turn green when the charging is done, what could be easier? I wasn't looking for a lot of information about the charging, just wanted to know it was charging and when it was done charging. So far I am very pleased with this nice looking and well built unit. I highly recommend for light duty users like me.

Customer Review: Nice, but could use a tweak or 2
Summary: 5 Stars

It is a terrific charger, but I don't like that it only shows RED while charging and GREEN when done, but no meter to see how much has been charged already. Other chargers I have (Energizer) gives you more information and lamp flashes (first one, then 2 lamps) until they stop flashing, then it is fully charged.

Also, I think including a set of 2 AA and one set of AAA is not a good idea. Most people doesn't need AAA batteries, but rather AA. The Energizer includes 2 sets of double-A which should suite better for most people.

Otherwise, it is excellent.
