This Duracell 15 Minute Charger works exactly as advertised when using the four included Duracell 2400MAH AA rechargeable batteries. The charger also can used to recharge AAA batteries as well.
This is a fairly large unit with a good sized power supply that connects to the charging base. This isn't obvious from the packaging picture and I was expecting something along the lines of an all-in-one type where the whole unite plugs directly into an outlet. This isn't an issue for me, but its size does prohibit just tossing it in a camera case with your other gear.
The LED on the charging base is very simplistic, on (red) when charging, off when completely charged, and blinking when there is a bad battery or high temperature (haven't experienced that yet).
The included batteries are very good and performed as I expected, lasting for several hundred shots in my power hungry dSLR taking a good mix of flash and non-flash pictures.
Overall, I am very pleased with this set - Highly Recommended!
