Works great to charge a laptop and run most small appliances. Don't expect to run your 52 inch LCD when the power is out on Sunday to watch a local NFL broadcast....I tried it didn't work. I bought this item a few months ago and I love it. Provides enough power to run my laptop and GPS at the same time (I have my GPS hooked up to the USB port and laptop hooked up to the AC port). I Have had no problem with it whatsoever. I would highly recommend it.Customer Review: Great product

Great product. It adequately charged and powered my 16-inch Sony laptop during a couple of recent road trips. This is my first inverter so I can't compare it to anything, but it meets all my expectations. It has no fan noise (no fan), and it's only warm to touch.Customer Review: Works on a macbook

I was a little hesitant because of the small size and the high current draw from my macbook (relative to my netbook). This thing works. I was very pleased with this product. The size is nice and small, similar to the new portable harddrives. Would recommend.
