I purchased the DS-1900WA roughly a year ago through Amazon. Out of the box I had an issue with the VGA vs HDMI, my PC to the monitors but that was an operator error not product issue, and I was able to work through without having to call support. I am on the computer 10+ hours a day and prefer these dual monitors to the Dell and HP models I had previously.

I recommend doublesight to friends and clients that ask.
