I was skeptical at first but the price was so low ($1.40 total!) I couldn't skip the opportunity. I took the advice of another reviewer who said he got a genuine Apple cable from OEM and a fake one from some other seller. It stinks that you're getting two different cables on the same product page so just be careful and do your research.
Overall, buy from OEM to get a genuine working Apple cable for only $1.40! You cannot beat that price anywhere! They have fast shipping too.

Ah yes...moving! It's fabulous...until locating all of the little items becomes hours worth of work. A missing iPod charger...no problem. I signed onto Amazon, found what I needed - at a price that could not be beaten. The charger arrived within days and works like a charm. First off, there are several different companies selling what appear to be several different versions of this product, so let me be clear that these were purchased from the OEM Shop. Maybe it's just a luck of the draw type of thing, but the cables I received were, as far as I could tell, actual Apple charging cables. They had the same branding and were the same length. They work perfectly so far, and for the price I paid (under 2 bucks) I couldn't be more pleased.Customer Review: EXACTLY like the original

Ok, it doesn't have the apple logo, but at a glance you'd never know the difference between this replacement and the original that came with my iPod. It plugs in to the computer and the iPod perfectly. Seeing no difference in performance whatsoever. Maybe some of these older reviews that seem to constitute the majority of the negative reviews have been noticed and corrected by the seller/manufacturer -- because there's nothing to complain about.
