Great case, not too thick and easy to grip. Leaves hole for light sensor which can be important depending on what you use your touch for. Note that it comes with a couple screen protectors so you don't have to buy those separately. This is a very cool accessory for my new 32GB iPod Touch. Flexible and seems sturdy. I like the headphone management portion so you don't wrap the earphone around your iPod. I wish they came up with a way to attach a belt clip so it will be more functional, if they have that all in one, this will be the only accessory you would need for your iTouch.Customer Review: Good Value - Quick & Easy

This product came so quickly it surprised me. The jacket seems to be well made, fits perfectly and seems to provide good cushioned protection. I especially like the ear bud management.
Considering the price, fit & features of this product, I would consider it the best value of all items I have purchased for my iPod Touch.

this rubber shield is useful. I found it hard to keep the head phones safe till I got this one. you can keep your ipod and its head phones in one place. If you are looking for a cover for your Ipod Touch that is utilitarian and not fashionable, this is the one. I was looking for a cover to protect the screen and the body of the Ipod when I take it to the gym every day.
The cord management system is awesome. The product is not flashy, but it works great!
