I've had 3 iPods and several cases to accompany them. this case is the easiest to use and I definatly like it the best. the iPod slides easily in and out (unlike many cases) but won't slide out by itself becaseu the flap has a magnetic anchor to keep it closed. the flap also has a hole for the headphone cord so it isn't damaged and it also has some freedom to move (the hole isnt too small for the plug). the case also does not damage or scratch the iPod when inserting/removing it like many other cases unfortunately do. I would highly recommend this to any iPod user.Customer Review: Great iPod Case

This is a great case for the iPod 80GB. Looks good, provides lots of protection, even the slot cutout for the headphone jack is thoughtfully elongated to allow the flap cover to open neatly while the headphone is plugged it. Flap has a nice magnetic closure and enough padding to protect the iPod face. The cutouts for the click wheel, screen and docking plug are perfectly placed. Wish it came with a builtin screen protector. The pocket clip is not removeable but it does make the case fit securely in my front pant pocket. This case is just easy to use and does the job of protecting for which I got it. I have a 160GB iPod Classic, and it fits nice and smugly inside. I love that I don't have to remove it to plug it into my Aux connection in my car, or the adapter I use to plug it into the TV. I can plug in my headphones and clip it onto the band of my shorts when I am working out, and I have no problems at all with it. As has been mentioned, the flip top protects the screen and has a magnetic closure, so it doesn't wear out like one of those Velcro fasteners.Customer Review: Great protection and look/feel

I considered this case and a Belkin leather case. I decided on this one because of the way the flap opens up versus over. It seemed this would provide better access when using the belt clip. I was right. The leather is soft and provides great protection. I use the belt clip in my pants front pocket - comfortable and easy. I read other reviews about dust getting in behind a piece of plastic that covered the screen. Mine does not have a plastic cover - it is open. I will get a separate cover for that to protect the screen.

This is my second case for my iPod Classic. The first one I bought was a complete waste of money. This one is a huge upgrade. It's very stylish but offers adequate protection while allowing access to both the click wheel and the screen. The belt clip does not rotate or detach, but I haven't found that it gets in my way. I like the little magnet in the lid as it keeps the lip closed while your iPod is out of sight on your belt, and therefore gives it a little added protection. I'm satisfied that I got a good value for my money.
