I really love this. I'm not a typical "ipod person" - I just recently bought my first ipod, a used ipod classic. I bought it used, and it already had some scratches on it, so I was looking for a way to protect it.
This case is perfect for what I wanted. I don't have any kind of a dock for the ipod, just a cable, and I can plug the cable in without removing it from the case. The case protects the ipod so I don't worry about just throwing it into my backpack.
This was exactly what I was looking for - it protects the ipod, I can use, charge, and sync the ipod without removing it from the case, and it was reasonably priced.

I received this case as a gift, several weeks ago. I put it on right away and I love it. The leather is firm to the touch but not to firm and it seems like durable material. The clip on the back is great for when I want to walk around without holding it in my hand. There are holes for the usb cable and a hole on the top for your headphones. The part that flips open has a little pocket in it, which I have yet to use, and it also has a magnetic snap to keep the flap closed when you are not using or using but not fiddling with the ipod. My ipod 80gb fits snugly inside so i never have to worry about it falling out if i ever have it upside down.Customer Review: Perfect! ..a little tight but I don't mind :)

I have the 120gb iPod Classic and I super love this case. The edges are solid so you don't have to worry about the iPod getting bruised. As for the fit, it's tighter than usual but I think it's because the case is really meant for an 80gb rather than the 120 regardless of what the label says. I don't mind, anyway, since I'm sure that the iPod won't slip out at all, whether by accident or not lol. The "holes" are perfectly aligned: the one for the screen, click wheel, cable, and speaker jack. When the leather gets soft enough from use, you can easily flip the cover backwards as a stand, making watching movies easier.Customer Review: Awesome Ipod case

I bought the DLO Hipcase at the same time I purchased my Ipod Classic so I could have something to help protect it. This case is awesome and exceeded my expectations. It is made from high quality materials, my Ipod fits snug and secure but is easy to remove, and the case is very comfortable to wear. It has all the right openings so you have easy access to all of the ports on your Ipod. I seldom ever remove my Ipod from the case because it is so functional. I've had my Apple iPod classic 120 GB Black (6th Generation) NEWEST MODEL for a few days now and it has been a little terrifying whenever I put it in my pocket. I have to remember if that is the same pocket that my keys are in. I've learned that the screen is pretty resiliant, however now I can just put my iPod in my pocket or on my belt and not have to worry at all. The magnetic grip on the cover is a nice touch. I wasn't aware that it had it, and that makes it all that much better.
