I bought this for an 80GB iPod Classic. The case fits nice with no excessive snugness. It has a magnetic closure that secures firmly and doesn't flap open easily. The bottom cutout is sufficient size to allow easy access to sync and AC charging cables. I do have to remove the case to use the iPod with my speaker dock, but this is pretty much the issue with every case I've ever purchased. iPod slides in and out easily with no prior break-in required. There is an internal pocket that you can slide a credit card or a couple currency bills into. It also has a non removable belt clip that is slim and not bulky but fits over most belts. The leather is soft to the touch, but sturdy enough to provide assurance that the iPod is adequately protected. Overall, I'm pleased with the case. It's stylish, while still being sturdy enough to withstand trips to the gym or other physical activity.Customer Review: Got a surprise at Christmas

with a 160 gb iPod this year. They do show up a bit bare and need protection asap. I ordered this little cover, it was at my home two days later. The iPod is a good tight fit, the screen is covered by a nice heavy padded flap. I even like the little clip on the side and hadn't realized how handy it would be until I had one.
I'd gotten a similar case for my iPod TOUCH and wasn't entirely happy with the way it showed wear from being plugged in. I'd done a little damage before I realized I always needed to take the TOUCH out of the case before charging or updating. This DLO HipCase seems to have a larger entry for recharging/updating although I do usually take it out before doing either.
All in all, I have no complaints with the product, the price, nor the company who sent it. If you have an iPod this is a great way to protect it.

Nice real leather case & lanyard! The padded cover is secured by a hidden magnetic tab at the bottom. The leather lanyard has a metal chrome clip that is also removable but no swivel. The belt clip swivels 360 and is removable spring loaded securing the clip to the case and that completely closes over the belt. The belt clip is plastic however it's never came loose from the case or me so maybe that's not a problem. The clip holder is metal chrome. It's hard to do gaming because the leather is so thick but you just slide it out. Music just pick your play list & set your levels flip it shut and you're off. Fully functional and it really looks great. I've been through about 10 or 12 cases in the past 8 years and this is by far the best one. If the iPod goes so goes this case it hangs by the door with my car keys.Customer Review: Outstanding Product

This hip case is well worth the money. My opinion it is the best deal I have come across in many years. This case is of high quality and appears to be very durable. The leather is thick so it will take a beating and last a long time. When I took it out of it's package I became very pleasantly surprised to find such a high quality it for a very reasonable price. Sometimes I wish I had more iPods so I could buy more of these cases. If you are looking for a TOP QUALITY case for your iPod this is the ONE you will want. Thick leather for outstanding protection with a belt clip that is as top quality as the case. The price is the best part, extremely reasonable and fair. Recently I had to buy a new iPod, as my old 60GB model just stopped playing after 4 hard fought years. So I purchased a 160GB model. With my old iPod, I had a Speck Case, which was great, but it was very hard to remove from the case, so using my iPod with a dock just was't going to happen. So with this purchase I wanted a case that I could remove easily and still have a cable connection while in the case. This case was perfect. It is full coverage to protect the screen and keys. Easy to take out, and I can keep it in the case when syncing with my PC or when its in my glove box in my truck (where it spends most of its life).
I would buy this case again in a heartbeat. And it even has a place to carry business cards, which I find weird, but some may like that.
