I ordered this for my Nikon D40 and D60 cameras and it works very well. It charges genuine Nikon and the aftermarket batteries quickly and completely. But one thing not mentioned in the description, is that the adapter plates are included for the EL3 battery also. To my surprise I could charge the D40/60 EL9 batteries and the D90 EL3 batteries with the same charger. I don't know if this was an error on Amazons' side by including them or not including them in the description, but I am quite satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to charge two batteries at the same time for their D40/60 camera. I use the battery pack grip on all of my cameras and it makes it easy to charge both batteries or the backup set all at once.
