I ordered the product, looking forward to getting to use it. The shipment was timely, but unfortunately the product was damaged. The Amazon box was in good condition, as would be expected, but when I opened the Amazon box to remove the product's box, it was beat up. Upon opening the product's box, the product was within, but the front of the drawer was disconnected and the paint was chipped. I paid money for a NEW product, and what I recieved is unacceptable for NEW condition. I went to the company's website for returns to try to work with them on it, but my transaction number did not register anything and my return was aborted. I then called the customer service number and found that the company was closed for a week for a holiday. I will continue to try to get in touch with the company to return the defective product, but still called my credit card company to dispute the charge just in case. I should not have to pay shipping on a damaged product.
