I bought this product from red planet trading. It was a Dell product just as described (I was concerned that it might not be after I read some of the other reviews, but it is made by Dell). It looked very much like the picture except that it did not come with a strap, which is not a big deal because I plan to leave it at home and take the original one with me to school. It is a nice product, it works just like the original one, the price was great and it arrived really fast. I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived by Thursday.
