I was VERY disappointed in the product!!! I had ordered 2 thinking one for work & one for home. But in trying the one for work, it did not heat up hardly at all--certainly not enough to keep a cup of coffee warm. My coffee was lukewarm at best!!! I would not recommend the product to anyone. My experience also discouraged a co-worker from giving one to another of our co-workers for Christmas. I have other cup warmers that do heat up beautifully, but they are wearing out & I wanted to replace them. Not with THIS product for sure!!!! Thumbs down!!! Linda, Weatherford TX
