Product arrived damaged. Top was caved in, pulled loose from the frame. Emailed Seller, they offered to refund or replace item. I was able to pull the top back out and re-align with frame so that it works ok. Construction somewhat flimsy and susceptible to damage during shipping if not packed with plenty of packing material. But this Seller is very open to working with Buyer and I have no complaints with them.Customer Review: Great idea, bad implementation

The idea of this case is great. Hanging file-folder like sleeves to hold your discs, so that you can flip through them easily, and insert/move them at will.
The problem is that they spared every expense in its construction. The aluminum is the softest I've ever seen. Don't worry when you bend it (and you will, probably by pulling the paper cover off) because you can just push it back into shape. Well, at least something like the shape it's supposed to be. If you don't get it just right, the hanging sleeves won't track right and catch and skid.
The sleeves weren't made to hold 2 discs. Oh, but you have to put 2 discs in each sleeve if you want to store 500 discs. The sleeves stretch all out of shape if you cram 2 discs in there. The plastic on the sleeves is tissue-paper thin. I'll be surprised if it's intact in 3 months, especially with the strain of trying to hold 2 discs. Each sleeve has cutouts stamped for the insertion slot and center hole, and you have to pull all those out of your 250 sleeves. What a pain in the neck.
On the positive side, it does look cool.

The box is okay, but not perfect. First of all, the tracks that hold cd files are not aligned right in ours, so our middle section of cds is just squished in without being held up properly. Second of all, we were only able to fit about 420 CD's in the case not the 500 that it claims. Third, you have to be really careful putting the cd's in the slips, because the slips tear easily. I contacted the seller about these issues and the only response I got was that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I did that, but never received a response. The case itself is pretty sturdy, I just wish it didn't have the other problems.Customer Review: Crappy Junk

I was really excited about this box for christmas, my bf has an extensive cd and dvd collection. When we recieved the box, the sides and bottom were smashed. It won't hold together at all. I've been supergluing it after every time he tries to use it. I was so disappointed, do not buy this brand!
