What a great cheap solution to one of the most obnoxious problems. Shipping was super fast, with the tool the install worked like a charm and KEEPING the ball clean is so much easier than the original design. Highly recommended.
Sept 24 coming in to revise this a little bit... I'd adjust to a 4.5 star because I started having issues with scrolling one way but the cursor going the other. Thinking it was just dirty or jammed up again, I removed the ball and found the thin metal piece that makes the contact had either just fallen off or broke (too small for me to tell) so it's good you get 2 replacement sets with this kit. I'll be ordering a larger quanity and just keep some in a drawer... it's a nuisance, but I more blame Blackberry for a crappy design than I do this seller's affordable fix.
