Man this thing is incredible. I have windows 7 and I'm running between 273mbps and 300mbps. I would guess that the people having problems are not setting it up right. Took me a little while but after I got everything in I noticed 1 heck of a difference. Before watching YouTube videos I always had to watch at 240 and sometimes if I was lucky 360, but at 360 I always had to pause so the video would buffer. Not now now I can watch at 720 hd without ever buffering. Same thing with Hulu, if I watched a half hour show I had to constantly stop the video to allow it to buffer. It did take me a lil while to get everything set up, however if your patient and double ck everything then you should have no problem getting this router working. My system is a desktop and I'm running wireless. Here are my specs and everything I am running. I wasn't able to find a d link wireless card for this router. Whatever card you get for your desktop must be dual band though. I use my computer for gaming and multi media activities. I also use the 2.4ghz channel for my Blackberry, another desktop (for the kids) and another laptop for my fiance.
