i was wary of buying this player because of what some other people said about it. but i needed an mp3 player (can't deal with CD's anymore) and the specs on this one seemed pretty nice, plus the fact that it comes in pink (awesome). i recieved it the other day and am completely impressed with it. the scroll pad is NOT too sensitive and works better than i expected. the sound quality is amazing and, of course, the removable battery is a plus. the software it comes with is comprehensible, as are the menus on the player. did i mention how pretty it is? overall awesome player so far. highly recommended.Customer Review: Purchased for my 8 year old daughter - she loves it

Bright pink, and that neon glow. My daughter has one of these and loves it. It holds a lot. Seems to be very durable. Is easy to use.
Price, style, utility, and everything, it seemed that this was the way to go. I am very happy with my choice as is my daughter.
She has no problem loading music with the software or using the device.
Her mom is a bit jealous.

My sister has an iPod and when she was trying to get the music off of her computer onto the iPod she was having problems.
When I recieved this item I was amazed at the size. I knew it was small but I guess seeing the real thing is different then seeing dimensions. I love it.
The touch pad takes some getting used to, but if you go slowly, then there should be no problem.

I have owned my pink zen micro for over a year now. I have had no problem with it whatsoever; others complain about their headphone jack coming loose but I have not had any problems with mine. I ordered this for my daughter. She has been saving up her money for a long time. She had been thinking of getting a mini ipod, but the zen had more of the other features that she wanted. She likes having the fm radio and the fact that she could get the zen in her favorite color.
