Customer Review: Best player for the money available

This player rocks! Audio and Video you expect, the quality of both is outstanding. The voice recorder is a great feature not available on most units this inexpensive. It is one of my favorite secondary features. I can stop for a moment, record a fleeting thought, and go right back to my entertainment.
The interface is clear, concise and idiot proof. I didn't even have to read the quick start guide. I bought the 4 gig unit, and already prefer it to a friend's 80 gig Ipod. Which is what I thought I was going to buy before I started researching what was out there. Do your homework, and you will probably buy one of these yourself.
I did crash it the first day. Ordered a replacement before I saw the reset hole-push it with a pin, and it reinstalls it's op system, and comes right back up. (Amazon sent the replacement before I could cancel the shipment-What customer service!)

Santa brought a Red (available at Walmart.com) Creative Zen 4G, for our 7 year old for Christmas. She LOVES it and I have to say it's pretty awesome. She has her own music on there (only a few of our songs from Itunes transferred)but all of her music off cd's can be played on it and we can purchase music off Walmart or Amazon as well. Also, we downloaded an Alvin and the Chipmunks music video for free from Amazon Unbox (really easy to do) and then we also put a couple movies we had on DVD on it, although you need some other software to do so. The picture is clear and the sound is great. It's very sturdy and she LOVES it. The only thing that would have made it better is if you could play a few little games on it. There isn't solitaire or anything and you can't play any games whatsoever on it, but overall this is a GREAT product, especially for a 7 year old!Customer Review: I love my Zen...

Buying my Zen at Amazon was the best purchase I've every made. I went looking all over the place for it. I didn't really want to pay the price I was finding everywhere else. At Amazon it was Cheaper. When I ordered it it came really quick. In 3 days time. I purchased a extended warranty for it also. The Zen is fun. The best thing about it for me is the the SD card slot. With it you can have extra storage space. That's really great. I love being able to take my music, pictures, videos, and tv shows everywhere I go. By the way, you also have a clock, fm radio, and a microphone. I couldn't believe it had all of this. My other media player didn't even come with all of this. I bought me an 8g SD card for mine. That way I can take movies with me too. So, I'm good to go now. The Zen is the best. Buy one and see for yourself.Customer Review: Sweet Little MP3

I've had this product for about a month, and I love it.
Pros:
Its sleek, compact and beautiful. It does do everything it claims. The sound quality is great, the display screen is beautiful. The menus are easy to figure out, and the software easy to use. The firmware update is included in the setup, so you don't have to search online for it.
Cons: It did freeze up on me once when playing video. I only call this a con because of the mild heart attack it gave me when it happened. But a paper clip solved the problem and it hasn't happened since. The system reset itself and I lost no music, photos, or video. The player even started my video back where I was watching when it froze up.
I would recommend this player because it gives alot of bang for the buck.

Well as a previous owner of Zen Touch, when this die after a 3 years of every day and night use, I decided that I would buy another Zen. After reading the reviews and compare it to the Ipod I came to the conclusion that Zen gave me more from my money than the the Ipod.
When my Zen arrive after 1 week I started presenting the most common problem that I read in the reviews, which is that the screen went completely white, and I had to reset my Zen, but I send an email to Amazon, and the same day the shipped a new one, replacing the defective.
So far I haven't got any more problems, and I been using my Zen every day for the past 10 month, with music, photos, videos and the FM radio. I'm more than happy with my Zen it is everything that Creative said that did an more.
