Installation was literally a snap on my MSI Pro-E main board, just as it should be. So far these sticks have performed flawlessly and I'll eventually probably want another kit of 3. After years with 32-bit OS, having the added RAM in a 64-bit system makes for a big jump in speed.Customer Review: Excellent product

I purchased this Corsair memory kit along with a compatible motherboard and CPU for my 17 year old son. Very good for overclocking. The heat sinks work extremely well and I have the ram running at 1800MHz at the time of this review.
Very stable and well worth the purchase. I have installed the ram in an Asus Sabertooth X58 MB with an i7 950 CPU.

I am not totally aware of the whys or hows, but my Pc even starts like 50% faster since I upgraded the memories. Not that I was in a bad situation before with 3GB of 1333Mhz memory and I was not expecting the improvement I noticed in performance.
