I don't write review's but since I read a lot here before I buy, I guess I should. I needed a portable DVD player for the car that can handle .AVI files and had USB input, this player is amazing.... I recently bought the 9 inch Philips because it was Divx certified, I thought I could just burn data CD and play it, Wrong !!! you cant.. you have to register with DIVX and it still wouldn't play. I read another users review, converted my files to 480X272 AVI format using a free "convert anything" tools and the result were DVD quality from USB stick.. The picture and sound on this thing is amazing for its size and all the stuff that comes with it a bonus... AWESOME.. I will one more for my kids, this one is mine...
