I purchased this for my mom, who is not very tech savvy. I tested it out before I gave it to her and when I plugged in the SD card, it didn't automatically start playing the pictures. I had to go through a couple screens and select the folder (even though there wasn't a folder on the SD card) that the pictures were in before it would start playing them. Seems to me that it would be smart of them to make the software recognize .jpg files so it would play automatically. I don't know too many grandmas and grandpas who would be comfortable going through what I had to go through to get this thing to work.Customer Review: Digital Photo Frame

I purchased a Coby DP-769 Digital Photo Frame, and returned it, as I was disappointed when receiving it. It does not allow you to play music and view photos at the same time. That was my error, as I failed to completely read through this models description before placing my order. I in turn ordered Coby model DP-562, which had the play options I was originally looking for. I have never been disappointed in any of the merchandise I have purchased on Amazon.com and the items have always been promptly shipped.Customer Review: Not bad

This frame is a pretty good one for the price. The main problem with the frame is that there doesnt seem to be a way to organize the playback order of the pictures. I originally thought it was by the order I put on the memory card, but it does not playback in that order. Picture quality however seems good. I havent tried audio files yet. I like that it has a remote control with it as well as two replaceable faceplates. It also works with a variety of memory cards which is good.Customer Review: Colby 7" Digital - Just OK

This was an O.K. product...not great. I was a little disappointed. The picture quality is not up to par. I bought this product because it was cheaper in price than most and it advertised as playing MP3's...come to find out after, it doesn't play simultaneously with the photos and the video function has not worked yet. I'm thinking of returning this actually. We definitely got what we paid for.

I bought two of these frames for friends who love to share their pictures with others. Rather than print all the pictures, now they can load the picture frame and take the picture frame to show off their work.
Both people have reported it helpful and easy to use which was my goal in the purchase. Now I want one.
