I purchased this item for my mother-in-law who lives in Ohio as her older CD system had expired. She did not wish me to purchase a more expensive system. She is extremely pleased with the player and uses it often. She has no difficulties using it. The delivery was executed way ahead of the proposed schedule. All in all, we had excellent service from Amazon again and a now have a very happy granny listening to the great value steeo playing the CD's purchased for her by us from Amazon on other occasions.
