Works great. Had different model, but wire from cassette got crimped and one track wasn't working well. Crimping came as I switched old model from my truck (front load cassette) to my wife's SUV (side load cassette).
With Coby, just adjust the cord coming out of cassette to prevent crimping. And on the Coby - the coiled cord from cassette to Ipod keeps the wire from getting all tangled up.
Highly recommeneded.

I wanted a way to be able to play my iPod in my car and went with this. A friend of mine has a tuner to connect their iPod and it works off and on, so I decided to try a cassette adaptor. For the price, not much risk.
So far it has been fine. The sound is good and it has held up well for the last few months since I purchased it. I unplug my iPod whenever I am out of the car and take it with me, and the cord has been fine.

If you don't leave this product inside the tape deck while the car is off, it is going to last FOREVER!
I bought it 3 months ago and it still works.. all you have to do is follow the instructions in the box that says that you can't leave this tape inside the tape deck. As soon as you're going to turn the car off, remove it from the tray first. This is an AWESOME product, the sound quality is perfect and it works great! I recommend!!

This is one of those surprisingly inexpensive items that worked exactly the way it was supposed to straight out of the package. I haven't had the problem mentioned by other reviewers regarding my tape player going into auto-reverse, but the directions posted by them on how to handle it look simple. The sound quality sounds good to me (FYI, I don't play music at super high volumes) and mostly, it's easy to use and it WORKS.Customer Review: Decent adapter

I'm pretty happy with the adapter I got. I use it to play my i-pod in my car and was really miserable when my car stopped recognizing the last one I had, which was a Sony. This adapter was shipped fast and sealed in its original packaging. This was also a great deal, adapters at Best Buy and Radioshack are now $20+. I used to purchase those exact adapters for $10 at Best Buy years ago. So thank you for the reasonable price!
