Customer Review: I figured out how to get it to work easily

after several attempts to get this to work on my XP computer, I finally got it, the directions are terrible, I installed the cd, then rebooted my system, I plugged in the keychain to my usb drive, then on the keychain I selected usb update and pressed the center button on the keychain, waited a few seconds and the computer said found new hardware and went through the steps of installing it, when it said new hardware installed ready to use or wording near that, I started the program and IT WORKED YAHHH, uploading images was great from that point. I will be ordering another one for my husbandCustomer Review: Very impressed!

I was very impressed with this product. I had no problem installing the software (I am running Windows Vista), and had no issues connecting it to my computer via the usb cable. After charging the unit I was able to upload photos to it immediately, with no complications. The picture quality is much better than I expected, very acceptable for a product of this nature. The menu system easily allows you to customize a few options (time & date stamp, slideshow on/off, etc...). I used Pepsi Points to get this product, but I would have been just as pleased had I paid for it.Customer Review: I don't know what you guys are talking about.

I ordered this through Pepsi Stuff and the second I recieved it in the mail (really quick shipping (2-3 days)) I plugged it into my Windows XP to see if it would work. I first installed the CD and had that go through, and then after the program was fully installed, I plugged in the Photo Keychain and my XP read it perfectly fine.
This Photo Keychain looks awesome, it's picture quality is nice, and makes a good keychain. I have no complaints on it so far and I'm about to get more Pepsi Points to buy another one of these for my Dad. Thanks Pepsi!

After reading some really negative reviews about this keychain, I was a little hesitant to give it a try, but I'm so glad that I did! Installing the program took about 2 seconds (after I finally found the icon that let me install it...) and the rest was as simple as plugging the keychain into the USB port and downloading pictures onto the device. You're allowed to crop the pictures on the program and the tiny little keychain holds up to 60 photos! I got this for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary and I have yet to give it to him, but I love it!Customer Review: love it

I just got my digital photo keychain in the mail yesterday and today i put picture on it. It was so easy and fun. I been showing it to all my friend and they love it now they what to know how they can get one. I LOVE MY PHOTO KEYCHAIN. i am going to get two more one for my mom and one for my son that just got married it will be great to put there wedding picture on one so they have picture of there wedding all the time. To let you all know everything i have got from pepsi i love and have no complaint's about it
