I purchased 2 of these keychains as Christmas presents. I wanted to upload some pictures on them before wrapping them for both sets of grandparents. I had no problems installing the software. At first I couldn't open the program on my computer... then I realized I MISSED A STEP! Clearly stated in the instruction booklet, you must click 'Update USB' on the keychain. I did. The program immediately began to work with my Windows XP. I was able to select photos, crop them in the program, and upload them to the device. Each device holds 60 photos. The program itself is VERY user friendly and easy to use. I have no worries about the grandparents figuring it out. This is a GREAT $20 gift! I'm very impressed. I just recieved four of these and am very impressed. The software that comes with the viewer is easy to install and to use. I did have a slight problem with the software finding the viewer but I just kept trying for about four times and it found the keychain without a problem. You are giving quite a few choices as to the viewing of your pictures the built in clock etc. As for the downside. The only thing I can see is the lack of a screen cover to help keep it undamaged. But as to how easy it damages I can not say. This is a great gift and a great way to show off your photos.

This is what I compare the other digital keychain to (Digital Photo Frame 1.5" LCD Picture Album Keychain - Black). This one is well worth the money. It has great quality pictures, software that you use with the device. It was a little tricky getting usedto the software at first, but pretty easy now. You have to have the device plugged in and then start the software after clicking on photo update on the device. Then you may add and edit your photos as needed. You charge this up by plugging it into your computer by USB. I found that certain types of cell phone chargers work with this. My moterola trackphone charger works with it.

I received a digital photo frame for Christmas and loved it so much I wanted one of these little photo viewers. mine arrived in the mail this morning. after the 4 hours needed to charge the battery, I installed the software and very quickly and easily loaded my pictures. I run Windows XP and it worked perfectly. I am very pleased with this and would recommend it for anyone. easy to use and now I can take 60 pictures with me in my purse without a huge album. I will not fasten this to my keys as I think it would scratch the screen but then I didn't purchase it to be a key chain. love my photo viewer.Customer Review: Simple, great picture quality

Nice little product. Seems cheap, is very light, but works as intended. Software was easy to install, had no problems with my PC recognizing it (my computer won't even recognize it's own sound card half the time either!) Seems to hold charge for a good amount of time, haven't had one problem out of it. Has accepted every picture format I've put on it, pics from a digital camera and a camera phone. Do wish it had external MicroSD expandable memory slot though, then there'd be nothing left to improve on. Really wanted the black one but can only get white with Pepsi points. Oh well, I still like it
