Wow. This extending wall mounting solution from Cheetah is incredibly sturdy and well constructed. I have no doubt that it would have held my substantial 250Lb frame if I would have hung from it. My unit is currently supporting a 46-in TV, Blu-Ray player and associated mounting hardware with no trouble.
Caveats: The pre-mounted bubble level wasn't level. There was a slight amount of skew from the innermost position to the outermost position. If you will be moving the unit around alot, expect that it will look out of level in certain positions. However, there are adequate adjustments built into the unit to correct out of level appearance in any one position.
The included mounting screws were sufficient for wood stud and concrete/brick wall mounting. However, I had to buy different hardware for metal wall stud/drywall mounting from my local hardware store.

To begin with, I am not a handyman by any stretch of the imagination, but I figured I would give mounting this a try. With a decent stud finder, level, and ratchet I had all the tools I needed. It went up on the wall very easily, and the TV attached nearly as easily. I was very impressed with the sturdiness and the ability to adjust the angles. I attached a 46 inch Sony Bravia TV and have no concerns with it coming down. As with many of the other comments, I could not believe the price in comparison with other brands (many more than $300)! I would certainly recommend this product to anybody who might be interested. The item is not perfect. The instructions are not clear, and it would be nice if some of the hardware was covered better behind the TV, but for the price, and functionality of the object, this is possibly the best deal I have ever found on Amazon!Customer Review: Sturdy strong mount

This is first time we are mounting a TV on a mount, the product is as strong as it can be, the minute you take it out of the box, you know that it will hold the TV. I was very very impressed with the quality of build given its somewhere near $60, excellent product, full marks. Appearance is similar to any mounts you see in the box stores outside. Cheetah did a good job on bringing this mount at this price. I have no views on customer service since I did not call them.
We were able to put it on the wall in just about 2 hours (majority of the time was finding the studs), once you find the studs its really easy to drill holes and attach it to the wall. Had some issues with leveling as mentioned in a lot of reviews.
Good strong sturdy product at a great price (wow, can't usually say that in one sentence). Very very happy with product.

We recently purchased this product and now have it installed above our fireplace holding a 42 inch plasma. It was a very heavy piece of equipment, but very sturdy. We purchased extra heavy duty wall anchors just to be safe to add additional strength to the bolts that went into the studs. Once up and the tv was mounted there was no groaning under the weight of the tv. We really love the full motion and move it frequently. The movement was initially stiff, but as we have used it more and more it is loosening up. Because it is a full motion mount, it does stick out from the wall farther than other mounts, but it does not affect the look at all. It was easy to install with 2 people, but would be a bit more challenging because of the weight with only one person. We would highly recommend this product. Bought this to hang my Samsung 42" plasma. Instructions were simple (although the picture shows bolts in the center holes, despite that this would put them in the drywall, not in the studs like the outer 4 bolts). My only complaint with this mount so far is that the movement of the arms seems very stiff, requiring quite a bit of effort to push the TV flat against the wall or pull it out from the wall (the side to side motion is fine). Don't remember other reviews mentioning this so I'm going to do a bit more research and will update this review if I find something out. I love the mount though. Perfect since our tv has to be on the perpendicular wall to our bed. The two arms feel extremely sturdy. The only thing I warm against is using the built in level. I had my own level handy when installing, and the built-in one wasn't accurate at all.
